About the Accelerator
With the vision of “Branch of the Future” in mind, Hang Seng Bank (HASE) joins hand with HKSTP to launch a 2-year accelerator. As a key advocator and user of FinTech in Hong Kong, HASE looks forward to digitising traditional banking services, revitalising branch experience, and enabling simple and intuitive branch services which are in growing demand by the aging population.
Cohort 1 – Customer Experience Transformation
In this cohort, HASE is excited to work with tech ventures on innovative ideas to improve the digital concierge service, and to engage ageing customers to adopt technology in branches.
Shortlisted teams will have chance to trial their solutions in real-life commercial testing ground including Mongkok, Causeway Bay and Wan Chai HASE branch offices.
