Redefining Property Services for Smart Future
CCG Accel – Powered by HKSTP
Chinachem Group (CCG) is partnering with HKSTP to launch a range of initiatives to encourage the adoption of smart city solutions developed by quality tech ventures to foster Hong Kong’s bustling cutting-edge innovation.
“CCG Accel – Powered by HKSTP” is one of the initiatives under the partnership of CCG and HKSTP. It is a pioneering pilot-first accelerator programme aiming to propel high potential tech ventures through a pilot-to-mass adoption process. The accelerator consists of 3 themed cohorts in 2 years. CCG will provide designated properties as the stage for pilot in real-life scenarios for each cohort. Mentors from CCG will share their expertise with selected tech ventures to shape the solutions prior to mass adoption. Tech ventures will also benefit from promotion through HKSTP’s network and its value-added services.
Cohort 2 – Property Services
As a kingpin in Hong Kong’s vibrant property market, Chinachem Group (CCG) values every opportunity to enhance the way they take care of tenants, customers, and guests. Ultimately transforming Hong Kong into a more liveable and sustainable smart city through technology. CCG believes that the value of property services goes beyond the hardware: the software of property services should address tenants’ individual experiences, which innovation is the key to take to the next level.
The stage for Cohort 2 of CCG Accel Powered by HKSTP are Commercial Buildings under CCG.
Shortlisted tech ventures will work with CCG Property Services team to co-create solutions that fit real-life scenarios, and test their ideas in designated commercial buildings under CCG, such as Nina Tower, NINA MALL, One Chinachem Central, Two Chinachem Central, Chinachem Exchange Square and more.
